Allowed Pets

• Dogs only
• Maximum of 2 dogs per suite
• Maximum combined weight: 60 lbs
• Dogs must be house-trained and non-aggressive

Pet Fees & Deposits

• No pet fee
• A refundable security deposit may be required and may be used to cover pet-related damage or excessive cleaning

Guest Responsibilities

• Dogs may not be left unattended in the suite unless crated
• Dogs must be leashed at all times in common areas and outside the building
• Guests must clean up after their pets immediately
• Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds
• Excessive barking or disturbances are not permitted

Damage & Cleaning

• Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, odors, excessive pet hair, or additional cleaning caused by their pets
• Additional cleaning or repair costs will be charged to the guest if required
• Management reserves the right to remove a pet or terminate a stay without refund if this policy is violated

Local Regulations

Ocean City pet rules and beach access regulations apply. Guests are responsible for complying with all local ordinances during their stay.
